José Manuel Merello, Spanish contemporary painter born in Madrid in 1960 and resident in Valencia since 1991. With a long history of successes, exhibitions and participation in Contemporary Art Fairs in Belgium, France, Austria, Holland, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, Germany, Korea... and with work present in collections around the world. His style is figurative expressionism, intense in colour and thick brushstrokes, and his subject matter includes the human figure, landscape and still life.
